Rooted Strength (12 week program)
Here’s what you get:
A 12-week exercise program with progressions every 3–4 weeks. Designed with flexibility and your personal preferences in mind, the program is adjusted as needed to keep you challenged and on track.
Kick off your program with a virtual introductory session – wherever you train – guiding you through a full workout and ensuring you understand proper form and technique.
Weekly check-ins on the app to track your progress, including adherence to the program, strength gains, and energy levels. We’ll also review lifestyle factors such as nutrition and sleep, as well as your personal reflections—weekly wins, challenges, motivation, and upcoming schedule considerations.
Video or telephone coaching calls. Every two weeks, we’ll connect for a 15 to 20-minute coaching call to discuss your check-ins, tackle any obstacles, celebrate your successes, and map out what’s ahead.
Stay connected 24/7 via the app. Ask questions, share your progress, send videos for form feedback, and get support whenever you need it. (I will reply within 24 hours.)
At the end of the 12-week program, you’ll have the opportunity to stay on with the monthly coaching option at a discounted rate (5%).
Core Roots (month-to-month membership)

A 4-week exercise program. Designed to progress every 4 weeks, adjustments can be made throughout the month to keep you challenged, and at the end, you have the option to continue your membership with ongoing monthly progressions.
Weekly check-ins on the app to track your progress, including adherence to the program, strength gains, and energy levels. We’ll also review lifestyle factors such as nutrition and sleep, as well as your personal reflections — weekly wins, challenges, motivation, and upcoming schedule considerations.
